Common Concerns We Can Help With

Minor injury visits often cover: • Minor sprains and strains • Minor cuts • Minor burns • Bruises • Minor musculoskeletal concerns A Level Up provider can evaluate your symptoms and determine appropriate next steps.

What a Virtual Visit May Include

Your provider will visually assess the area (often with your help showing it on camera or through a photo) and ask about how the injury happened, your symptoms, and your ability to move or use the affected area. Treatment recommendations depend on your symptoms, medical history, available examination findings, and provider judgment.

What Your Provider May Review

Your provider may review what happened, your symptoms, range of motion, and any home treatment you've already tried, then recommend initial care and let you know whether imaging or an in-person evaluation is needed.

When In-Person or Emergency Care May Be Needed

Telehealth cannot rule out fractures, deep wounds, serious burns, major head injuries, internal injuries, or serious trauma. Seek in-person or emergency care for inability to move or bear weight on the area, a visibly deformed limb, a wound that won't stop bleeding or is deep, a serious burn, or any head injury with loss of consciousness, confusion, repeated vomiting, or a severe headache.

Virtual urgent care is not intended for medical emergencies. If you believe you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
